Boho Coats Return & Refund Policy

All our products are custom made for you in Los Angeles. We want you to fully enjoy wearing your BOHO coat and gain only positive emotions from it!

Our policy is to deal with you openly and honestly, and we sincerely hope you’ll be honest and open with us:

  • If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase, you can exchange the item within 7 days from the day of your order delivery (shipping, taxes, and duties are not refundable). The exchanged item must be unworn and unwashed. We charge 15% restock fee to cover production labor costs.
  • If you ordered a custom-made coat and chose specific materials combination or/and custom measurements, we reserve the right to reject the exchange or charge 20% restock fee to cover production labor costs.
  • If your custom piece doesn’t fit you correctly, you can either exchange it or take it to a local tailor. When you take it to a local tailor, we will give you a store credit for your next order that will cover the amount of the alteration cost (up to $80). The receipt is required.

We bear no responsibility for:

  • Delays or errors in shipping due to a shipping company issue.
  • Shipping damages.
  • Lost packages.
