Your total delivery time = production time + shipping time.

Production options:

  • Standard: 5–7 days
  • Expedited: 1–2 days (+$200 to order, ignore delivery time calculated at checkout)

Shipping options:

  • Pick-up at our LA production office – same day (free)
  • Local delivery – same day in Los Angeles only, 30mi radius ($29 flat, select at checkout)
  • Pick-up at Burning Man from August 24 ($200 flat fee, select at checkout)
  • 1–3 days within the USA 🇺🇸 (USPS/UPS Priority, calculated at checkout)
  • Pick-up at Reno USPS office (2 days, calculated at checkout)
  • 3–5 days internationally 🌎 (DHL Express, calculated at checkout)

⚠️ Burning Man 2025 FAQ:

Q: Can I pick up my order in LA? 🪽

A: Yes! Please choose the “Pick Up” option during checkout. A week before Burn, we’re all hands on deck, working even on weekends. This option is free of charge.

Q: Can I get my coat for Burning Man ASAP? 🙏

A: Yes! We offer expedited production for an additional $200 (add the service to your order). This reduces production time from 5–7 days to 1–2 days, so you can receive your order within 4–5 days globally or 2–3 days within the US. Please inform us of your delivery deadline.

Note: We work with just two seamstresses in our production office. As Burning Man approaches, our workload increases and our ability to expedite orders may be limited. Thank you for understanding! 🙏

Q: Can I pick up my order in Reno? 🌵

A: Yes! We can send your order to this Reno USPS Post Office for “Hold For Pick Up” service. When collecting your order, please present an ID matching the name on the order.

1. Choose one of these delivery options only:

  • USPS Priority Mail Express (1 day)
  • USPS Priority Mail (2 days)

2. Delivery address at checkout must be:

3. Please check operating hours and plan your pick-up accordingly:

  • Mon–Fri: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
  • Sat: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

Q: Can I pick up my order at Burning Man (Black Rock City)? 🪽

A: Yes! This option costs +$200 (select at checkout). Our representative will bring your order to Burning Man and you can pick it up at the provided location. Delivery address must be: Burning Man, Black Rock City, NV 89412, US.

Production Time:

Each coat is custom-made in Los Angeles and one-of-a-kind. Standard production time is 7–10 days. For some popular models, we may have 1–2 pieces in stock. See in-stock items in our Etsy shop.

We can expedite production for +$200. Just add Expedited Production to your order or contact us for details.

BOHO Coats ships anywhere in the USA and internationally:

  • Priority shipping: 2–3 days within the US (UPS/USPS), 3–7 days internationally (DHL Express/USPS Priority International)
  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout (UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx)
  • International shipping starts at $60 USD per 9" box / 9 lbs, depending on weight & delivery time
  • Domestic shipping starts at $10 USD per item
  • Express shipping available on request – approx. $60 within the US (LA → NY) and $100 globally (LA → EU)
  • All packages include insurance and tracking
  • We use standard cardboard boxes (9", 12", 14", 16", 18") and soft packages

  • Customs taxes, fees, or duties
  • Delays caused by weather or shipping carriers
