Tickets for Burning Man 2025 come in various tiers, each with its own price tag, offering options for Burners from the first sale to the last. The initial "Today Sale" kicked off on February 12, 2025, introducing a tiered pricing model ranging from $550 to $3,000, plus taxes and fees, with vehicle passes at $150 each. This first-come, first-served sale set the tone, with lower tiers like $550 and $650 selling out rapidly, while higher tiers lingered longer, giving early buyers a shot at affordability and latecomers access to pricier options. Looking ahead, the final public sale, the "OMG Sale," ends on July 30, 2025, after registration from July 23-29, offering whatever tickets remain across the spectrum – likely skewing toward $950, $1,500, or $3,000 if past patterns hold. These applications are thoroughly reviewed, and if successful, you might be one of the lucky ones to secure a low-income ticket. Additionally, specific tickets are reserved for artists, members of large camps, and contributors of significant art pieces or art cars. Joining such a community or project, however, demands substantial commitment and teamwork.

💥 OMG Sale – July 30, 2025 (follow our guide)
Last-minute entry to Black Rock City? The OMG Sale is for you. It’s the final batch of tickets released just a few weeks before the event – perfect for spontaneous burners or anyone who struck out earlier.
- Ticket Price: Varies depending on availability
- Registration: July 23–July 29, 2025 (closes 6pm PDT)
- Sale Date: July 30, 2025 at 12pm PST
- Hot Tip: Be online, ready, and caffeinated.
✅ Checklist for Any Sale You Plan to Participate In:
- ⚠️ Registration for the sale must be completed IN ADVANCE. View registration deadlines at the end of the article. Add to your calendar with reminder!
- Be prepared: ensure you have a stable and fast internet connection (better at work or at home).
- Have 1-2 credit cards on hand with sufficient funds to buy the full pack (minimum 2 x $575 + $150 = $1,300).
- If you're lucky, purchase the full available pack: 2 general admission tickets + 1 vehicle pass. You can sell it to a friend later on, if you need just one.
- Keep in mind that Burning Man’s official time zone is Pacific Daylight Time (PDT, US). Use worldtimebuddy.com to match it with your local time zone.
- 2025 update: burner profile is not required this year, but I we recommend to have one just in case - go and create it here.
- We recommend choosing ticket delivery to a US address. If possible, find a trusted friend in the US and ask for permission to deliver to their address.

- The Will Call option (where you pick up your ticket at the gates) has two major drawbacks:
• It can only be picked up by the person who paid for it, who must present a valid ID with the name that matches with the record in BM profile.
• You may spend an additional 1-5 hours in line waiting with no cellular service available.

How to Register for the Burning Man 2025 Sale:
🆕 Update for 2025: For the first time, Burning Man ticket sales no longer require a Burner Profile to register or purchase tickets. This change simplifies the buying process and makes it more accessible for first-time attendees. Just be sure to register during the official windows and keep an eye on your email for your unique purchase link. We'll keep the old process below, just in case you may need it.
Step 1: log in
Login to your Burner Profile here profiles.burningman.org if you don't have a profile - register in the same window (use only your real working email, the URL for the OMG Sale will be sent to this email).
Step 2: navigate to your profile
Go to tickets section of your profile profiles.burningman.org/tickets, make sure you are logged in (you will see LOG OUT in upper right corner), scroll down the page, you will see a block "Black Rock City 2025 Tickets: OMG Sale". Tap "REGISTER".
Step 3: verify your application status
Verify your registration status. An email confirmation should also be sent to you.
Step 4: check for confirmation email
Verify that you've received an email confirmation from Burner Profiles. If you haven't, kindly check your spam folder and save donotreply@burningman.org and ticketsupport@burningman.org to your contacts (add to contacts in Gmail and mark as VIP in the Mail App on Mac).
Step 5: don't miss email
On July 29, 2025 (a day before the sale), you'll get an email from ticketsupport@burningman.org containing your exclusive URL to buy tickets (I would recommend to add this email to your VIP contacts, so you won’t miss it). Remember to copy and save this URL in your browser, so you could open it in when the sale will start.
