We want you to fully enjoy wearing your BOHO coat and gain only positive emotions from it!

Our policy is to deal with you openly and honestly, and we sincerely hope you’ll be honest and open with us.

• If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase, you can exchange the item within 14 days from the day of your order delivery (shipping, taxes and duties are not refundable). The returned item must be unworn and unwashed.
• If you ordered a custom made coat and chose specific materials combination or/and custom measurements, we reserve the right to reject exchange.
• If your coat doesn’t fit you correctly, you can either exchange it or take it to a local tailor. When you take it to a local tailor we will give you a store credit for your next order that will cover the amount of the alteration cost (up to $80), the receipt is required.

We bear no responsibility for:

• delays or errors in shipping due to a shipping company issue
• shipping damages
• lost packages
